Frozen Yogurt Banana Pops

I made these last night and just ate one for breakfast and they're pretty good.  I was hesitate to share this recipe because I wasn't sure how good it would actually be.  It's simple and can also be a good healthy snack. 

What you'll need: Plain low-fat, Yogurt, Plain Granola, and two Bananas.


Peel bananas and cut in half. Insert Popsicle stick into each banana, dip in yogurt and roll in granola until well coated.  
*I found that rolling wasn't that easy, the granola did not stick that great.  Sprinkling the banana with granola is easier.*  
Also as you can see below, the banana isn't exactly covered completely with granola, that's okay though... it still tastes great, and if it was covered I think it would have been too much granola.


Freeze in Popsicle trays until solid—a few hours or overnight.
