that'll show 'em!

I reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I'm holding onto the hope that they will actually care about their reputation.

Here's the story...
So I purchased sky diving tickets over two years ago.  Well, the date that they expired was during my pregnancy.  I called customer service to book Joel's jump and ask to have my ticket transfered to a friend's name so I wouldn't be throwing all that money down the drain.

The lady on the phone told me she could grant me an extension and that I could use my jump after I gave birth.  She told me her name and extension # and told me call back next year and she would schedule me for a summer jump with Joel.

So here I am... trying to book our jump.  They're saying there is no record I called.  I have the woman's name & extension # and I said I didn't even ask for an extension, she just gave it to me.  And I said my husband would have just jumped without me... and that he didn't because we were waiting because of what the customer service lady told us.  They said too bad.  We're out $436.90.  For NOTHING!

I've called so many times, they're horrible at answering the phone and returning calls.  I'm just so angry and feel helpless :(

  1. I would be mad too!!!!!
    I hate that crap!
All though I must say you are way braver then me! One I don't fly and two why jump out of a perfectly good plane? lol.

You risk taker you! Love you and I hope it all works out for you!

  2. Hey - where in NC will you be? SC isn't too far away, we could possibly meet up :)

    And I love the invites!
