Meal Planning Monday

"Fail to plan, and you plan to fail."

I only cook five dinners a week because we usually eat out once or have left-overs.
1.) Pot roast, red potatoes & carrots (great for a busy night)
2.) BBQ/ Parmesan chicken, green beans &
3.) Taco Tuesday (complete with homemade chips & guac & homemade seasoning)
4.) Chicken Pot Pie Soup & Biscuits (this is a new tester recipe)
5.) Zucchini Noodle Stir Fry (I just bought the Veggetti Spiral Veggie Slicer on Amazon.)

I usually grill a couple chicken breasts to use with salads, and then always have fresh fruit on hand.  We also love avocados!  We also keep Larabars around for on the go.

I almost always eat two eggs, and 30 carbs that is usually a banana, oatmeal and a cup of coffee.
The kids usually eat pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt and fruit.  We also do green smoothies for lunch or breakfast.

fresh fruit: bananas, oranges, peaches (Jack's favorite at the moment) and lots of grapes!

Shopping List and projected cost:I'm out of a lot of spices and essentials so it's going to be a bit more pricey this time around.
